 Operation and maintenance of Purified water plant, De-Mineralizing water plant and
drinking water plant.
 Sanitization of tanks in 3 plants.
 Regeneration of DM beds and softener unit as per schedule.
 Preparation of SOP’s regarding 3 plants.
 Preparation of schedules regarding 3 plants.
 Should take forms, registers and CC ‘s from QA
 Request and receiving of chemicals from ware house.
 Water sampling requisition shall be given to QC and QMB according to sampling
schedules.
 Replacement of key components like filters as per schedule.
 Preparation of monthly water trend for purified water and DM water.
 Monitoring of preventive maintenance and calibrations of PW and DM plants.
 Log book recording for PW and DM plants.
 Preparation and approval of RTP’s regarding 3 plants.
