1. What are the last local hazard that hit your barangay in last 10 years?

- the last hazard that hit in Brgy. Poblacion, Lope de Vega is the typhoon

Glenda. where in 50 % of household is affected by the flood specifically in Purok

1,2,5,6,7.

2. What are the available alert system in your barangay?

- there are heavy floods, landslide and attacking of CPP-NPA , recently

declares that in or municipality (Lope de Vega) is in the state of calamity to speed up

emergency operations.

3. What the evacuation route in your area?

- there is no picture of evacuation area in the given barangay profile but as a

Lope de Veganhon I sure know the evacuation area: Lope de Vega Central

Elementary School, Church (St. Isidore the Farmer Parish), Municipal covert court

and Evacuation building.
