1.0 Purpose
1.1 The purpose of this report is to document the results obtained from the execution of
the Installation Qualification with number: 2019-PR-1421 "for the TSK-P201 Toaster.

2.0 Scope
2.1 This Installation Qualification applied to:

3.1 The equipment has been installed in accordance with the requirements of the
Installation Qualification and operates properly and is functioning as required.

Label is in good condition and visible information. Pass
Toaster body has no fractures and is complete. Pass
Toast lever lowers to the stop and remains unobstructed. Pass
Centering guides join and hold together when lowering the lever to the

stop.
Toast level nob in both directions and clicks stop. Pass
Power cord is not broken and has no internal wires exposed. Pass
Hinge keeps the tray closed and the tray does not come off the toaster
Pass
when opened.
Cable holders are not broken and there are 6 of them. Pass
