SUSPENSION BUSHES/SILENT BLOCKS

These Silent Block Bushes are used for the purpose of shock absorbance. You can choose from various options available with us. Silent
Block Bushes that we manufacture are highly durable.

In these types of bushes the rubber NR used is of high quality & is securely bonded between inner & outer metal to give maximum axial,
radial & tortional stiffness. These are manufactured in injection type of moulding machines. The dimensions of the metal parts are
controlled by grinding process. To get maximum bonding strength the metal parts are chemically treated PHOSPHATISED before
adhesive application

FEATURES:
Product consists of two concentric sleeves with rubber securely bonded between them. Designed to take up torsional movements and axial
and radial loads. The rubber is pre stressed to give maximum dynamic strength and durability.
-The bonded rubber takes up the full movement.
-Lubrication or other bearing maintenance is not required.
-The sleeves also have excellent sound and vibration isolation capacity, which makes structures, fitted both silent and vibration free.

APPLICATION:
-Product used to solve bearing problems in vibrating and oscillating constructions.

Linkage systems in:

- Cars * Railway carriages * Tractors * Trucks * Agricultural Machinery* Bulldozers * Vibratory screens

CUTLESS BEARING

Cutless bearings refer to rubber lined bearings operating with water lubrication on an elasto-hydrodynamic principle.
The fluted design of the bearing utilizes basis lubrication principles to allow formation of hydrodynamic water wedges
at the bearing surfaces by flow of water from the grooves.

Cutless bearings have a wide spectrum of marine applications, which include propeller shaft bearings in stern tubes or
struts, rudder bearings and cutter bearings, in a variety of craft. Besides marine applications, cutless bearings are also
used in hydroelectric turbines, centrifugal pumps and other water submersible devices.

When used in propeller shaft housing, the cutless bearing provides a structural support with built-in resilience that
allows the bearing to yield in sympathy with the bending of the boats structure and thus prevents shaft bearing
misalignment or shaft wear. The bearing also reduces vibration and the volume of noise being transmitted into the
boat. It also absorbs shock and has an advantage of being almost maintenance free.

The name cutless is derived from the ability of such bearings to pass abrasive materials such as sand and marine
organisms across its surface and into the flushing grooves. These abrasive particles do not embed into the bearing
surface and cause little cutting and wearing of the shaft.
Manufacturing Process:

Fluted Cylindrical Cutless Bearing can be prepared either by starve type bearing whereby the lining is prepared as an
individual strip or by a full moulded bearing design whereby the lining is prepared as a continuous cylinder, usually
press moulded. In both cases, the lining is usually bonded to a backing shell by an adhesive process.

Cutless bearings were normally made according to fixed length, internal diameter (I. D.) and outer diameter (O. D.)
measurements. Besides the standard range available in the market, they can also be made according to request.
Grooves in the inner lining can vary in numbers and size depending on their suitability during service. The lining material
were normally made from ebonite rubber but can also be made from a softer material. Compression moulding was
normally used with suitable formulated compounds for both backing shell and the inner liner.
ELASTOMERIC SPRINGS
(AUTOMOTIVE DRIVELINE SUPPORT BEARINGS

PRI driveline center support bearings are certified by SPICER (India) and are interchangeable with all major truck
applications. The Components can equip the most popular light-duty pick-ups, vans, mid-size trucks, school buses and
heavy duty highway vehicles.

Our bearings are constructed with frames made from reinforced heavy-gauge, cold-rolled steel for added strength,
resulting in increased durability and service life. The bearing inserts are pre-greased and sealed at the factory, with a
second grease barrier applied between the sealed bearing and dust shields to maximize protection – ready to install right
out of the box.

Design Attributes
•Design features radius edges, reinforced angles and elongated mounting holes.
• Housed unit comes ready to install for easy maintenance.
• Interchangeable with other brands.
•Reinforced design increases durability, extends service life and decreases operating costs-per-mile.

Application:
•Propeller Shaft of Passenger Cars, Utility Vehicles, LCV, MCV, HCVs

Typical Features:
•Designed to withstand dynamic centrifugal force as well as high-speed rotary movement.
•Rubber designed to withstand vibration and ozone properties. Properties & performance (Load deflection, endurance,
dynamic, mechanical & physical properties).
COUPLINGS

PRI produces a wide range of standard and customized coupling products. These products include large gear
couplings, elastomeric couplings and Flexible couplings.
Our products are used by Power transmission and other manufacturing and processing companies all over the world.

Our coupling provides sturdy connection between to pipe lines or shafts. The couplings are highly effective for
maintaining connection along the pipe, for sealing critical machine components or equipment where dust proofing is
required. Our coupling is widely known for its versatility in various sealing and fitting applications. Available in variety of
specification, these couplings have an excellent cushioning property.
