EX PARTE MOTION TO RELEASE BAIL

ACCUSED, unto this Honorable Court, most respectfully moves for the
release of his Bail Bond in the above-captioned case, alleging as follows:

1. That the herein ACCUSED has posted Cash Bail Bond for his provisional
liberty during the pendency of the above-captioned case, as evidenced by
Official Receipt No. 5867963 C, dated June 22, 2018, a copy of which is
hereto attached as Annex "A" and made an integral part hereof;

2. That in the ORDER of the Honorable Court promulgated on February 19,

2019, the herein case was DISMISSED there having been a KASUNDUAN
validly executed by the PARTIES so there being no more criminal case to
stand;

3. In lieu thereof, the ACCUSED prays for the release of the CASH BAIL
BOND in the manner and under the circumstances provided by law.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, ACCUSED most respectfully

prays that his Cash Bail Bond be released.

Other relief just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
