0 MT Expansion- Balance Work for External Water System for Mills and Fire Fighting
Pump Houses (pkg-077-02A)

Dear Sir,

This has reference to the meeting held today in the office of GM (P-Utility), BSP regarding the
change order for the supply of Bus ducts for the subject package. In the meeting GM(P-Utility)
expressed his unhappiness for the delay in the reply to their e-mail dated 26.02.2019
requesting MECON to provide the cost estimate to process the change order / extra claim of
M/s TPL. Further, GM (P-Utility) emphasized that MECON shall furnish the estimated cost
positively by tomorrow.

In this regard it may please be noted though the revised drawing has been approved by
MECON on 21.02.2019 M/s TPL is not agreeing to supply the bus ducts without the change
order to be issued by BSP.

In view of above the matter may please be treated as most urgent as it is planned to commence
the trials/commissioning activities of the Fire Water Pump Houses shortly.
