On April 2nd, 2019, he was beaten and threatened by the son of a local MLA and some other men in front of the project GM. Due to this incident and fearing for his safety, Mr. Singh took leave to attend a family function in his home town. In his letter, he requests a transfer from the Pandoh Takoli Project to the Nagpur Bombay Expressway, as he is afraid to rejoin at the same location after the assault.

    Dear Madam,

    I am working in your organization as a Senior Manager since 2011, I would like to draw your
    kind attention towards an incident happen on dated 2nd April 2019 in front of project GM.
    The local MLA’s Son arrived at office with some young boys and beaten me and given me
    the threatening for future also. After this situation I came to my home town on leave due to
    family function (Marriage of my niece). Now I am afrading to rejoin on the same project. So I
    request you please transferred me to above said location.
