SUBJECT: LETTER OF REQUEST FOR PAY INCREASE.

As you would know since Pos left work I have been given the responsibility as supervisor and since then I
have been on the same rate from the casual carpenter to Supervisor.

I would like to bring to your attention after being employed by Kemele Construction Ltd for almost 2 years
and with the work commitment I have given to Kemele Construction, I kindly write this letter to request
for the possibility for a pay increase to the supervisor position which I am in.

With the increasing inflation on goods and services I am concern on the rate that I am currently being paid
on and request if you can endorse with the management to increase my rate and wages after being
employed for more than 2 years and for the position of the supervisor.
