Sir, this is to formally request a temporary adjustment to my work schedule. Specifically, I am seeking
approval for a three-day-office work and a two-day-work from home schedule as observed in Makati
Office.

Recently, I am in a situation that directly affects my financial status. I actually live in Sipalay City which is
very far from my workplace, Iloilo City, so to fulfill my duty as warehouse assistant, I decided to stay
with my relatives and go home every weekend to spend time with my family as well. However, due to
the inflation rate, the cost of living, especially the fare has increased significantly that it makes it hard for
me to manage my finances since my salary can’t cover up all my expenses anymore. Therefore, I have
decided to reevaluate my current work arrangement prompting me to write this letter.

This adjustment would not only provide me with some relief in terms of commuting costs but also allow
me to save even some amount of money for my family on the days I'm not in the office.

Your understanding and consideration in this matter are highly valued. I would be grateful if you grant
this request.
