Greetings of Peace,

We believe that the safety of our staffs and their families is our top priority. Due to the rising
number of Covid19 cases I started my quarantine last September 23, 2021 because my sister
who used to live with me got some symptoms of COVID19, so for the safety of my co-workers I
decided not to go to work while we are still coordinating with the barangay health care officials.

As of now, the barangay orders us to stay home and conduct at least two weeks quarantine
while still waiting for the test results of my sister.

Since that I don’t have leave credits because of many quarantine days I had this year, I am
requesting, if permitted accordingly to work from home due to some pending works in the
office.

Regarding this, I will also submit WAP/WAR to see my schedulee everyday. I will still have
collections and will continuously coordinate to our Field Finance Officer and Office In Charge
Officer regarding the payment of my clients, I have clients for re-loan which are in need for
financial statement and narrative further to that I also I have PD/OD clients to follow up.
