. For SY2018-2019, this professional goal will improve my classroom environment and not have a
traditional teaching strategy. By incorporating activities in my lesson, students will actively
participate.

The PTEP supervisor will be responsible for providing guidance and support when needed.
Supervisor will conduct mini walk throughs to provide timely feedback on classroom instruction
strategies and implementation of unit plans created.
