JOB DESCRIPTION

 Lead team in Provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems


hardware and software and related infrastructure.
 Install new / rebuild existing computers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings,
directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and operational requirements
 Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server
resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying
completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
 Ensure that the network is segmented to ensure security of various departments.
 Administer the setup of new profiles, create, update access permissions and maintain user
accounts.
 Provide assurance that there is 99.9 Uptime on the network
 Clean up current infrastructure
 Provide Service desk support to users and ensure problem tracking and resolution;
 Provide 1st and 2nd level support to requests for ICT technical assistance on system issues,
diagnose and resolve problems, document resolution in order to achieve and exceed user SLA
targets and to conform to quality standards.
 Working with 3rd Party service providers during problem resolution.
