    30 Day Notice of Intent to Vacate

    To Whom It May Concern:

    My name is Rhodessa Jones. My granddaughter, Chaz Robinson and I are both

    listed as tenants on a lease that is due to terminate on 01/14/2019.

    I am the cosigner and guarantor. We will not be renewing the lease with Equity

    Residential Management, Jia Apartments #539, North Broadway, Los Angeles

    California, 90012. This serves as the regulated minimum 30-day notice listed as

    a requirement of the lease agreement provided to by Equity Residential

    Management.
