Thank you for sending over a copy of your resume. In order to get started with our
application process, please complete the following instructions:

Step 1: Go to www.calltend.com/signup

Step 2: Create your Calltend Profile (SOURCE should be Referred by: LOURDES)

Step 3: Successfully complete the RE Prospecting Course

Step 4: Successfully complete the VGTO Course (You can find it in the COURSE
CATALOG if it�s not on TRAINING)

(Please follow QA GUIDELINES in order to pass/ If failed you are allowed to retake
twice)

Step 5: Send an email notification to lourdes@calltend.com, once you have completed


steps 1-4, so that we can get you scheduled for the Final Role play to test out of
the script & get started!

You will be given 24 hours to complete this. Send me a screenshot of the completion
notification that states that you completed both RE COURSE AND VGTO, once you are
done to be forwarded to the Final Role Play.

Hi, this is sahlee. Im a former sales agent for 3 years with Sears.com. I have
sufficient experience in customer service related to online transactions and
disputes, also handled escalated or supervisory calls as a coach. I've worked in a
law firm as well which focuses on real estate processing so I hope you would
consider this application.

Step 1: In red font, write out 5 different objections a seller could give you. Be
sure to list them 1 - 5.

Step 2: In green font, write out a different response to each objection listed in
step 1.

We've spotted a good potential in your neighborhood and we would like to know who
might be selling over the next year or sooner.
2. Do you have a buyer a buyer for my house?
Our team would be happy to look for one, for now, we would like to know if there is
anyone who might be selling in your area.
3. Im not comfortable giving you my email...
No worries, we only send updates that might work for you and to keep you on
track...
4. I am not interested in selling my home...
I get that. You might want to top up your property in the next 1 or 2 years?
5. My friend or a family is a realtor...
You might want to hear second thought from us in getting your property sold.
