Dear (Aman Kumar):

I am pleased to confirm your acceptance of an internship cum Founder position as (Executive)

in the (FireyaTeam) at a pay rate (5000/-) of (per 1 order completion at least). Your first day of the
work will be (25-03-2019). Your duties and assignments for this position will be those described
to you in your orientation with (Work Assignments). Delay or failure in finishing of Work
Assignment will levy a penalty of 1000 INR per month. This is deductible from your aforesaid
stipend. A separate appointment letter is given after completion of STIPEND PERIOD.
You are given 10% Equity based on completion of 4-5 Months of assignments with us. The
Equity Value is around 12 LACS INR. Once you complete 4 months a legal deed will be made
highlighting your FOUNDER PARTNER STATUS WITH US. Salaries after completing shall be
considered as 40000 INR per month after 5 months subject to availability of funds and
arrangement with us. You shall be participant in arrangement of FUNDS as per directions given

by Mr. Rohit. Salaries are counted till 24 of Each month and given only on 1 to 4 of NEXT
MONTH. For the first month 3000/- INR is given to start your work in confidence Your salary is
subject of orders in hand. If we do not have any orders no salary or stipend is there.

a very warm welcome. The internship period is for 4 months. We welcome you to learn, earn
an d enjoy. Your stipend is governed by on time assignment completion and work. We will
promptly award you once you do good work or bring funds for Fireya Robotics.
After completion of Stipend a CONSOLIDATED SALARY of 40000/- INR per month (All
inclusive is there for which a separate appointment letter is given only after completion

Note :- The internship period may increase due to lack of funds. However fundraising shall be part
of your assignment. These has to be inclusive of holidays or told via email. Late coming, Making
excuses, Bad Behavior will terminate this letter without any amount settled. Do note that you are
responsible for a good atmosphere. A good atmosphere and behaviors is must for a healthy and
wealthy life.. Leaves are to be emailed. More leaves may result in termination. Termination amount
is never settled if you are leaving us in between, with one year or less time. After two years you
may give 3 months’ notice if your intention seems to change. You will get 10% equity only once 3
orders have been completed and you di d at least 3 months with us. NO order and no salary basis.
