DEED OF EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATES

WITH SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:

This Deed, is made and executed by and among: TERESITA C. PABUAYA;

RESTITUTO S. CAMPECIÑO; MA. ESTELA C. CIMAFRANCA, all of legal age, Filipinos
and residents of Ozamiz City.

WITNESSETH:

That the above-named persons are the only legal heirs of the late SPOUSES
CANDELARIO CAMPECIÑO & FELICIDAD delos SANTOS, who died on May 18, 1985
and November 5, 2009 respectively;

That at the time of the death of said deceased SPOUSES CANDELARIO

CAMPECIÑO & FELICIDAD delos SANTOS, they have no outstanding obligation in favor
of any persons and neither did they had a will;

That said deceased spouses, left a certain real property, more particularly described as
follows; to wit;

“A PARCEL OF LAND, situated at Tinago, Ozamiz City bounded on the NE, by

Foreshore Land (delos Santos); on the SE, Foreshore Land E. Erquita; on the SW, Foreshore R.
Alcover and on the NW, Foreshore R. Alcover; consisting of an area of; SIXTY-THREE (63)
Square Meters, more or less; covered by Tax Declaration No. 10334.”

That the parties hereto have agreed to divide, partition and adjudicate unto themselves the
herein described property in EQUAL PRO-INDIVISO SHARE EACH;

That for and in consideration of the sum of: TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS
(P20,000.00), to us in hand paid by and receipt of which is hereby acknowledged to our entire,
full and complete satisfaction from: MARY ERLINDA C. OLOFERNES, of legal age,
Filipino, married to EDWIN OLOFERNES and residing in Tinago, Ozamiz City, do by these
presents hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY in an absolute manner and forever,
unto the said VENDEE, his heirs and assigns, and WE hereby warrant the peaceful possession
and enjoyment of the VENDEE, his heirs and assigns and warrant to defend his rights and
interests against any claim from third persons whomsoever, that possession to be transferred
upon the execution of this instrument.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, WE have hereunto affixed our signatures, this

day of at Ozamiz City, Philippines.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

BEFORE ME, a Notary Public, this day of at Ozamiz

City, came and appeared to the herein named Heirs/Vendors, known to me to be the very same
persons who acknowledge to me that the same is their free act and voluntary deed. This
instrument consisting of two (2) pages including this page where the acknowledgement is being
written duly signed by the parties.
