SUBJECT : INSUFFICIENT MATERIALS AND MANPOWER

Dear Engr. Villar,

Good day!

This is to inform you regarding the observation of our team on actual materials and manpower on site for Studio City
Tower 5 Project. During daily inspection and monitoring on site, the following issues have been observed:

1. No more available 12 mm Ø rebar on site.

2. 10 mm Ø and 20 mm Ø is only sufficient until 17 th floor.
3. Supply of bolts and screw for the rehabilitation of formworks is insufficient.
4. Manpower for formworks rehabilitation is insufficient.

Furthermore, yesterday committed submittals, such as Catch-up Schedule for Structural Works, and Retrofitting
Design, are not yet transmitted until today.

We instruct you to immediately provide the aforementioned materials and manpower to avoid further delays on our
schedule, especially on our scheduled Top-off on September 13, 2018.
