The tenderer should provide the sample (production date must be within one year before the tendering
date) for inspection, manufacture’s brand, model number, lot number and production date.
2.交貨廠商須提供製造廠最新之產品技術資料(含功能、特性)、符合勞動部規定新版 16 項之中文
正體字安全資料表（GHS-SDS）、當批次出廠檢驗報告及檢驗方法二份，供檢測單位及使用單
位參考。
The supplier should provide the latest manufacturer’s technical information of the product (including
functions and characteristics), the safety data sheet (GHS-SDS) which must contain 16 information
items of the latest Traditional Chinese version regulated by ministry of labor affairs, two copies of
inspection certificate and inspection methods of each lot for the reference of the inspection and using
departments.
3.交貨產品包裝須標示製造廠牌、產品型號、危害標（圖）示、批號、製造日期（限交貨日前一
年內）、保存期限、淨重及毛重。
Each package of the product should be marked with brand, model number, hazard sign（figure）, lot
number, production date (should be within one year before delivery date), expiry date, net weight and
gross weight.
