Ladies and Gentlement, let’s me announce the rules. Each subtantive speech will
be given five minutes and four minutes for the reply speech. After four minutes, the
time keeper will knock one. After five minutes, the time keeper will knock twice. After
five mintes twenty second, the time keeper will knock continuosly and the time keeper
must stop the speech. For the reply speech, after three minutes, the time keeper will
knock one. After four minutes, the time keeper will knock twice. And after four minutes
twenty second, the time keeper will knock continuosly. After that, the time keeper will
annouce the duration of time after the speaker has finished the speech.

Another rules are, during the debate please silence your mobile phone or any
device that may produce disturbing sounds. During the course of each speech the
audience is not allowed to come in or get out or talk to each other.

Now , I will invitw one person from each team to decide the time.
