This debate will come to order. The proposition before us today is

Language is acquired through nature.

Mandated vaccination must be implemented in the Phillipines.

Each speaker will deliver a minimum of 2 minutes and a maximum of 3 minutes

constructive speech. The first negative speaker will do a 3 minutes cross examination
after. Points of Information will be allowed during the constructive speeches only, but
not during the first and last minute of the speeches. The bell will ring once for the first
minute and twice for the last minute remaining for the constructive speech delivery.

Script for the first affirmative and first negative:

1. To introduce to us the proposition, may I now call upon the first speaker from the
Affirmative side to present his/her 3 minutes constructive speech.
2. I thank the member for his/her remark. Please remain standing. We shall now
hear from the Negative side to do the interpellation to the first affirmative
speaker.
3. I call upon the first negative speaker to give his/her 3 minutes constructive
speech.
4. I thank the member for his/her remark. We shall now hear for the first Affirmative
speaker for his/her cross examination to the first affirmative speaker.

Script for the second affirmative and second negative:

1. The second speaker from the Affirmative side will now introduce to us his/her 3
minutes constructive speech.
2. I thank the member for his/her remark. Please still stand. We shall now hear from
the Negative side to do the cross examination to the second affirmative speaker.
3. The second Negative speaker shall now have his/her 3 minutes constructive
speech.
4. I thank the second negative speaker for his/her remark. We shall now hear the
second Affirmative speaker for his/her interpellation to the second negative
speaker.

Script for the third affirmative and third negative:

1. The third speaker from the Affirmative side will now give to us his/her 3 minutes
constructive speech.
2. I thank the member for his/her remark. Please remain standing. We shall now
hear from the Negative side to do the cross examination to the third negative
speaker.
3. The second Negative speaker shall now have his/her 3 minutes constructive
speech.
4. I thank the second negative speaker for his/her remark. The third Affirmative
speaker will now have his/her interpellation to the third negative speaker.

Each side will now be given 3 minutes preparation for their rebuttals. Team captain of
each side, the affirmative and the negative, will do the rebuttal speech.

The 3 minutes preparation time is over. May I now call upon the team captain of the
negative side to do the rebuttal of their team.

The team captain of the affirmative side will now present to us the rebuttal of their team.

I thank the members of both sides for their views of the proposition. We shall now wait
for 2 to 3 minutes for the results.
