A. If you think the statement is correct, write agree, otherwise write disagree and give your
explanation after each sentence.

Disagree 1. Spirituality is the same as religiosity.

Religion can be whatever the person who practices it wishes. God, on the other hand, defines
spirituality. Religion is a manifestation of the flesh because it is defined by man. Spirituality, on
the other hand, is a manifestation of God's nature, as defined by Him.
Disagree 2. Spirituality is only about faith in God.

Spirituality is not experienced or expressed in the same way by everyone. Some people seek
spiritual experiences in all aspects of their lives, while others are more likely to have these
feelings in specific circumstances or places. Some people are more likely to have spiritual
experiences in churches or other religious temples, while others are more likely to have these
feelings while out in nature.

Disagree 3. Only older individuals feel their spirituality.

Seniors are more likely to value religion, according to Growing Old in America a study conducted
by Pew Research Center. All ages feel their spirituality, even a toddler. Although your toddler is a
bit young for serious spiritual teaching, you can begin nurturing her spiritual side in other ways.
For now you might just encourage her to be kind to others or mention your faith when you answer
her cosmic questions

Agree 4. People are born with spirituality.

We humans are spiritual beings.

Agree 5. Spirituality is multi-faceted, thus having manydomains.

Spiritual health is a dynamic state of being, reflected in the quality of relationships that
people have in up to four domains of spiritual well-being: Personal domain where a
person intra-relates with self; Communal domain, with in-depth inter-personal
relationships; Environmental domain, connecting with nature; Transcendental domain,
relating to some-thing or some-One beyond the human level.

1. How do you view your life at the moment? Is it good or bad? Why?

I consider my current life to be good, and I always remind myself that I am fortunate.
Though I do not have everything, such as material possessions, I am content. I have a
place to live, clothes to wear, food to eat every day, and parents and siblings who
support my needs because I am unable to work. When compared to a homeless
person, I consider myself fortunate.
2. When you are going through a difficult time, what is the first thing that goes through
your mind?Explain.

"These things will just pass," the world is transitory, and so are the problems. Giving
up to solve a specific problem is what defines you as a loser. Life is a battle, and
you are a soldier who must fight to survive.

3. Think of moments when you were having a serious problem, why do you think it happened
to you?

My family's problem is getting worse as my college days progress. My grandparents passed away two
months ago, and my mother had to make sacrifices for her family in order to take care for her parents
before they passed away. I became my mother's proxy when she left us at home. That's when I realized
how important her role as our mother was. My mother was quarantined in Bukidnon for 14 days after my
lolo's autopsy revealed a positive result. If that event had not occurred, I might not have known how to value
money. I can say that it was the path that led to my maturation and realization of life's lessons. I was able to
manage my time because I had to get up early to care for my stroke father. But the most important lesson
I've learned is how to be more patient.

4. Ask yourself this question: How am I of value to myself, to others, and to what I believe in?

I value myself by extolling my self-assurance, taking care of myself, and constantly

reminding myself to be proud of my accomplishments.

I respect others' opinions and beliefs in life because I value them. Being kind to everyone,
whether it's a friend or a stranger passing by.

I believe in God, the all-powerful creator. Without God, I am nothing, and obeying him is
my way of honoring and loving him as my father.

C.
1.) Do you believe in the existence of God? Explain your answer.

I believe in the existence of God. There are some things that no

human can explain and no one can prove. If you are silent, God can

be heard, as can the voices that tell you, "Child, I am here with you."

I've been lost in God, and his comfort has brought me back. The

Bible never tells a lie. Taking the time to read his words makes me

believe that he truly exists.

2.) Do you believe that life has meaning? Explain your answer.

Life is meaningful; it is up to the individual to determine how he will make his life meaningful. Life,
like cooking, is like a dish that wouldn't be savory without the spicies. What makes life meaningful
are the experiences gained along the way to survival.
