NOTICE
Admission Form for seeking admission to class-XI (Science & Arts) alongwith
Subject Choice List are available on Online only. Students may download the Admission
Form and Subject Choice List from our Website (www.rkmissionrahara.org).

Submission of filled-in Admission Form & Subject Choice List can be made by
hand only from 22nd May (Wednesday) to 28th May (Tuesday), 2019 between 11.00
a.m. to 2.00 p.m. excluding Sunday at our School office. The cost of Admission Form is Rs.
500/- (Cash only).

the criteria for admission :-

1. a) The candidates securing at least 80% marks in the aggregate in the Madhyamik
Pariksha - 2019 are eligible to apply for admission in Science Stream.
The merit list for selection of candidates in Science Stream will be made on the basis
of marks obtained in the Science Group and the total marks in the aggregate.
b) The candidates securing at least 60% marks in the aggregate in the Madhyamik
Pariksha- 2019 are eligible to apply for admission in Arts Stream.
c) Total number of Seats: i) Science Stream:- 100 (English Medium- 50 & Bengali
Medium- 50) and ii) Arts Stream - 50 (only Bengali Medium).
d) i) Out of 100 seats (Science Stream), the first 50 seats are reserved for the top 50
students who will secure higher marks than others in the Madhyamik Examination-2019 from
our School.
(ii) The remaining 50 seats are open to all i, e. the students from our school as well as those
(students) coming from outside Schools.
The reservation in admission for SC, ST, OBC-A & B is applicable only to the remaining 50
seats as mentioned in clause 1. d) (ii).

2. There is no Hostel accommodation.

3. Candidates are required to submit duly filled-in Admission Forms alongwith

attested photo copies of each of the following testimonials :-

i) Mark-sheet,
ii) Admit Card,
iii) Registration Certificate and
iv) School Leaving Certificate on and from 22nd May (Wednesday) to 28th May
(Tuesday), 2019 between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. excluding Sunday at our School office.
4. The list of selected candidates will be published on 30th May (Thursday),
2019 at 4.00 p.m.
5. The selected candidates will be admitted on 31st May (Friday) & 1st June
(Saturday), 2019 between 11.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m.
6. No seat will be kept vacant after 1st June (Saturday), 2019 at 2.00 p.m.

7. New Academic Session will commence on and from 1st July (Monday), 2019. The
duration of school hours: From 10.45 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on week days and on Saturday
till 1.45 p.m.
8. School Uniform:
i) White Half/Full Shirt, ii) Steel coloured Full Pant & iii) Black Shoes.
Selected Students are directed to meet the Ramakrishna Mission Boys' Home Tailoring
Department for School Uniform etc.
9. The use of mobile phones, wrist-watches and electronic gadgets
are strictly prohibited in the class room as well as in the school
campus.
