Executive summary

Need: we recognize the need of pure and fresh milk in our society. No one in
our society trust anyone that the milk is 100% pure. We will provide the value
of 100% pure and fresh milk without any extraction of any milk ingredient like
cream. In proper air tight glass bottle to the door step of our consumer.
Innovation:
Our innovation is that we reach to direct consumer and we cut off all
intermediate between this process. We use customer approach: first we survey
our consumer and then we produce our product according to their need. We
categories our product as “akalmand dhoud” and
“takatwar dhoud”. Akalmand dhoud is cow’s milk which is usually use in our
society for child.
Takatwar dhoud is buffalo’s milk which is use in normal routine in our homes.
Sustainability:
Diary is ongoing product and after this we also goes to by-product of dairy.
Process:
We have a farm from where we get milk. This milk will go our testing
department and then we preserved this milk at 120 degree Celsius. This
preserved milk goes to packing area
Survey: we are going to survey for target consumer. Because we will use
marketing approach

Market need:

Milk is the need of every home. There is no one as such which


giving us a pure and fresh milk with pure surety, we will get trust of consumer by
providing the value as we know that if we provide them a value then that is 100%
sure that we will get market leadership. So, there is a proper need for this we will
make it possible by serving pure and fresh to the door step of consumer. As I tell
you before we segmented the milk into two categories like “akalmand dhoud”
and “takatwar dhoud”. This segmentation will also take as innovation. After it
we will also introduce the sheep milk. After that we also introduce by-product
and innovation in that like flavor of persimmon yogurt. We will introduce
different flavor in this.
Target consumer and market size:
As we inform you about the market need. Milk is
use in daily life. Our main target is household and we will start it as locally in
Faisalabad then we will expand our farm in different cities and as we target
there. Because it is easy to target where you sit means which is your area. Now
our main concern is that we will target Faisalabad after getting the market
leadership we work on another thing
So, this is also the main concern that where we will target in Faisalabad. Now a
days we are getting that what will the main cost this milk. So, we take this we
will also target in both classes of society

We are going to give the product of pure and fresh milk as well as we are also
providing them a service of milk at your door step
Our product is 100% pure and fresh milk we also make sure it is bacteria free
milk in proper air tight glass bottle as like in foreign countries and also no one
has time and no milk man provide the milk in proper time so we know the value
of time of our consumer so we will deliver our product in morning and evening
when there is lactation time of cow or buffalo

marketing approach in product is according to the consumer that they want. We
have an idea about it that first we conduct a survey from different area of
household. We make a questioner according to our requirement. As this we get
to know about our consumer as it we also get to know how much be the size of
one bottle as this we also judge which price is consumer demand and we will
also informing about our value and this is like a product if any like the product
that will be our loyal consumer and every organization need loyal one and
working on them. Our sale plan is as after survey we get the data about our
consumer then we deal as according. We also market it by one to one and will
use also social media for that but this decision is taking by head of houses so we
will target them and try to build good image of us as we are providing them a
value

Competitor analysis:
As there is no such competitor because of innovative idea.
We mix both the work as product with service. But olpher, milk pack and other
milk man are our main competitor so are providing both work of product and
service

Key risks
Key risk is that no one agree that this milk is pure so because of bad
image of previous milk man. So, we will be getting trust of our consumer by
providing them value

One of our friends has a farm of cow. He is our partner. He


provides us a milk.

Our main working is to pack a milk in air tight bottle and deliver it to consumer

So, there is an expense of milk from farm to packing era and then mobile
expense which reach to our consumer
