Management team:
Need: we recognize the need of pure and fresh milk in our society. No one in
our society trust anyone that the milk is 100% pure. We will provide the value
of 100% pure and fresh milk without any extraction of any milk ingredient like
cream. In proper air tight glass bottle to the door step of our consumer.
Innovation:
Our innovation is that we reach to direct consumer and we cut off all
intermediate between this process. We use customer approach: first we survey
our consumer and then we produce our product according to their need. We
categories our product as “akalmand dhoud” and
“takatwar dhoud”. Akalmand dhoud is cow’s milk which is usually use in our
society for child.
Takatwar dhoud is buffalo’s milk which is use in normal routine in our homes.
Sustainability:
Diary is ongoing product and after this we also goes to by-product of dairy.
Process:
We have a farm from where we get milk. This milk will go our testing
department and then we preserved this milk at 120 degree Celsius. This
preserved milk goes to packing area

We are going to give the product of pure and fresh milk as well as we are also
providing them a service of milk at your door step
Our product is 100% pure and fresh milk we also make sure it is bacteria free
milk in proper air tight glass bottle as like in foreign countries and also no one
has time and no milk man provide the milk in proper time so we know the value
of time of our consumer so we will deliver our product in morning and evening
when there is lactation time of cow or buffalo

As there is no such competitor because of innovative idea.
We mix both the work as product with service. But olpher, milk pack and other
milk man are our main competitor so are providing both work of product and
service

Key risk is that no one agree that this milk is pure so because of bad
image of previous milk man. So, we will be getting trust of our consumer by
providing them value

Our main working is to pack a milk in air tight bottle and deliver it to consumer
So, there is an expense of milk from farm to packing era and then mobile
expense which reach to our consumer
