Greetings!

We’d like to take this opportunity to welcome you at Roncales Travellers Inn! Our goal is to make you as comfortable and
relaxed while you are here. During your stay, we would like to request for your full cooperation in following our House
Rules and Regulations.

Check-in/ Check-out:
 Check –out time is strictly at 12:00nn only; check–in time is between 2:00 – 5:00 pm. Charges occur if you check-out late.
 If you like your rooms to be made up please inform the Front Desk prior to departing for the day. Make-up time is from
8:00am – 5:00pm only.
 Upon check-out, please allow our Housekeeping staff to check the room for any damage/ missing items. Please turn over
key at Front Desk before departing the hotel. Lost key will be charged at Php500.00 per piece.

Additional guest/s policy:

 Any excess to the number pax limit per room will be charged of Php 350/head/night with complete bed setup
 Children age: 0-7 years old is FREE OF CHARGE when using existing beds

Room amenities:
 Being an environmentally conscious Inn, change of bedding linens and hand/bath towel is done on the second day of
stay. Extra pillow, towels, bedding linens and toiletries will incur a corresponding charge.
 All room amenities and appliances are part of the suite set-up and must not be removed from the premises.
 Please be reminded that bringing in electrical appliances is strictly prohibited. Fines apply.
 Cooking is allowed but only using Rice cooker& Microwave oven. Use of Induction cooker is for request only with extra
charge.

Smoking & Drinking Alcoholic drinks:

 Smoking (cigarette, vape, electronic cigarette) inside the room is strictly prohibited. Fines apply for offenders. Guests
can use the designated smoking areas which are at the rooftop, balcony and parking lot. Please dispose the cigarette
butts properly.
 Drinking and bringing in of alcohol drinks in the rooms are strictly prohibited. Fines apply for offenders.

Damaged/ loss properties:

 Any damage/ loss of properties or appliances will be charged accordingly to the guest account
 Please report immediately to Front Desk any damage to property or broken fixtures for prompt repair.
 Please do not keep your valuables unattended. We are not liable for any loss/ damage to the guest’s valuables left at
the premise.

Gambling prohibited drugs and firearms:

 Gambling or use of prohibited drugs is not allowed in the premise
 Firearms or deadly weapon is not allowed in the premise

Other notes:
 For your safety, please be informed that the premise is equipped with surveillance cameras and smoke detectors.
 Please switch-off lights, Electric fan, TV, Aircon and other electrical appliances when not in use.
 Please make sure all faucets/ showers are properly turned-off when not in use.
 No pets allowed in the property.
 Please be courteous to other guests by keeping noise to a minimum level in public areas.
 No loud noise after 10 PM.
