Graduation Day
The Graduation Day for B.Tech. / MBA / MCA students who have passed out in March /
April / May 2019 at Annamacharya Institute of Technology and Sciences (Autonomous), Rajampet,
will be celebrated at 10.30 a.m. on 8th June, 2019 in the college premises. They are advised to
confirm their participation in the Graduation Day celebrations and register their names on or before
5th June, 2019.
Instructions to the Graduates:
The candidates, who wish to receive their certificates on the Graduation Day, must register
their names at the examination counter before 5:00 p.m. on 7th June, 2019.
1. The candidates, who wish to attend the program along with their parents, must provide the
information to make seating arrangement for them.
2. The candidates are advised to occupy the seats allotted to them at the venue latest by 9:45 a.m.
neatly dressed and wearing the prescribed academic robes (convocation gowns) which will be
provided at venue. Candidates who are not dressed according to regulation will not be permitted
into the venue. Caution deposit of Rs. 500/- (refundable amount) have to be paid to the
convocation gown supplier.
3. Attend the function in formal dress in accordance with the college tradition which you are already
aware of. Use of mobile phones inside the campus is strictly prohibited.
4. Candidates are strictly instructed to observe silence during the proceedings of the Graduation.
5. Your confirmation to attend the program can be intimated through e-mail to
