____ Serve as Counselor for the Treble Chorus in Atlantic City Thurs. Feb. 21-Sat. Feb. 23, 2019.
____ Serve as rehearsal assistant for one or more of the rehearsals listed below.

____ Saturday, Sept. 21st Piscataway High School 8:30am-12:00 noon
____ Saturday, Oct. 12th Edison High School 8:30am-12:00 noon

____ Sunday, Feb. 2, 2020 JFK High School, Iselin 1:00 – 5:00 pm

I agree to assist the 2010-2020 New Jersey All-State Chorus in the above manner as required by the NJMEA Handbook. I
understand that should I fail to fulfill my obligation to assist the 2019-2020 New Jersey All-State Chorus as required, I will be
ineligible to sponsor students for the 2019-2020 New Jersey All-State Chorus.
