Registration: 3:30 pm - Audition: 4:00 to pm to 6:00 pm – Junior/Senior dancers 11 to 23
(Dancers En Pointe)
Alternate Class Auditions - $35 or $50 with Pointe Evaluation

Full body photograph of dancer is first arabesque MUST be submitted with application. Dancer
must be wearing practice clothes and no skirts. Please write the dancer's name, address and phone
number on the back of the photo.

**All Sr. Intensive participants are required to enroll in a minimum of 2 weeks, but they do not
have to be consecutive**
