COMMITMENT:
The production will require your full commitment. Please consider your College activities, academic
workload, part time job, NYTC, EGGS production etc. Non-attendance at rehearsals can be
problematic, missed rehearsals will call to question your commitment to your fellow cast members
and the project.

Rehearsals will require two after school and a Sunday per week (minimum) beginning February 23
2020. A rehearsal schedule will be distributed Feb 23.

Queen’s Birthday Weekend and SCC Staff Only Day: 30 May – 2 June, will be a rehearsal intensive.

Production Week will commence Sunday 7 June and mandatory commitment is required through
until the final performance Thursday 18 June.

The production dates are in Week 8 of Term 2 2020 (Monday 15 June – Thursday 18 June).

CONFLICTS:
Do you have a part-time job? Do you play sports and/or involved in external activities like NYTC or
APAA, EGGS? What College activities do you intend to participate in? e.g. Choir/Band, Shakespeare,
Cultural Dance Group, Kahunui. We need to know so we can do our best to structure rehearsals
around the information provided here:
