QUALIFYING: TOP 16 from each event advances to AAU Region #4 Championship

ORDER OF EVENTS:
3000m,.80mh/100mh,100m (seeded final) 1500m,4x100r, 400m, 200/400mh, 800m, 200m, 4x400,
1500/3000m RW
Shot put, High Jump, Discus, Triple Jump, Long Jump, and Turbo Javelin/Javelin

*Competitors should bring their own implements to be used at Meet. Common shot puts will be
available.

Track Spikes will be sold at the meet $40-60.

• This event is licensed by the Amateur Athletic Union of the U.S., Inc.
• All participants must have a current AAU membership.
• AAU membership may not be included as part of the entry fee to the event.
• AAU membership must be obtained before the competition begins except where the event operator has a laptop available
with an internet connect. Participants are encouraged to visit the AAU web site www.aausports.org to obtain their
membership.
