Awards: Team Trophy will be given to 1st, 2nd & 3rd place team finishers. Medals will be presented to
participants who finish 1st through 3rd in each event. Ribbons will be presented to participants who finish
4 through 8 in each event.
Entry Process: ALL registration and meet entries must be completed on Coach O (www.coacho.com).
Deadline for all entries is 11:59pm Wednesday, July 3, 2019. There will be NO DAY OF MEET
REGISTRATION OR CHANGES! If you enter an athlete without an entry mark, they are subject to be placed
in heats by the discretion of the meet director.
Admission: There will be a $3 admission charge at the gate for all spectator above the age of 3 years old.

Timing: Fully Automatic Timing (FAT) & results will be done using Finishlynx Cameras interfaced with Hy-
Tek Meet Manager. Results will be posted as soon as possible after each event.
Age Divisions: Age divisions are determined by year of birth as of December 31, 2019
Age 4-6 Toddler 3 events (50m Dash, 100m Dash, Standing Long Jump, Softball Throw)
Age 7 - 8 3 events (100m Dash, 200m Dash, 400m Dash, 800m, 4x100 Relay, Long Jump, Shot Put, Turbo-Javelin)
Age 11- 12 3 events Eligible for All events except for 200m/400m hurdles
Relays groups are: Age 7-8, Age 9-10, Age 11-12, Age 13-14, and Age 15-18***
*** High School Age Relays (15 thru 18) are grouped together
Packet Pickup: A packet will be provided for each team consisting of a team roster and events entered. A
team representative will be responsible for picking up the packets. Packets can be picked up at the main
gate beginning at 8:00am on meet day.
Event Check-In: There will be a 1st, 2nd, and Final Call for each running and field event. All athletes MUST
check-in with the Clerk of the Course by the Final Call, or be scratched from the event.
Equipment: The meet management will provide starting blocks. Batons and throwing implements should
be brought by athlete.
No smoking, radios, glass containers, or alcoholic beverages are allowed within the stadium or parking
lot of the stadium. Tents are allowed in the visitors stands only.
