This is to introduce the following junior Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship
students of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines Pulilan Campus who are presently
enrolled in Entrepreneurial Practicum this summer 2019.

As an integral part of the Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship curriculum, we require

our students to undergo a two-hundred fifty (250) hour in-service training in the operation and
management of an enterprise with either a public or private agency. It is our view that such
exposure will provide our students further appreciation of Entrepreneurship operations as
discussed theoretically inside the classroom. Thus, they become more familiar with management
as a tool of business.

We hope you can accommodate the above mentioned students as trainees in your good
office. We will furnish you the necessary evaluation form so that we can have a feedback of our
students’ performance.
