BP5 OPERATION GUIDE:

1. HOW TO ENCODE BATCH FORMULA ON WA-1500.

INDICATOR #1 INDICATOR #2
BIN 1 FINE SAND
BIN 2 CEMENT
BIN 3 WATER
BIN 4 GRAVEL ¾”

2. HOW TO SET NUMBER OF BATCH CYCLE ON DCbox DIGITAL CONTROLLER.

 Press the button , to reset to “0” cycle.

 Then press the button for 5secs.
 Screen will show AL1; 000XXX.
  Use button and to increase or decrease the number of cycle.
 Press button.
 Screen will show AL2; 000XXX.
 Press button.
 Screen will show AL3; 000XXX.
 Press button.
 Screen will show AL4; 000XXX.
 Press button.
 Screen will show “0”
 This time the number of cycle is Set.

1. HOW TO START AUTOMATIC BATCHING.

Control Box 1 Control Box 2

 Release all Emergency Stop Button.
 Turn on Plant Start switch located at Control box 2.
 Put the selector switch in AUTO position at control box 2.
 Start the “Conveyor”, “Hydraulic Pack” and “Pan Mixer” at control box 2.
Note: Pan Mixer must be empty before you start batching.
 Make sure that the mixer gate is in CLOSE position.
 In Control Box 1, check your scale INDICATOR 1 & INDICATOR 2 must be “0”.
 In Control Box 1, check your FORMULA number on INDICATOR 1 & INDICATOR 2 if it’s
correct and same number.
 In Control Box 1, check your BIN number on INDICATOR 1 & INDICATOR 2; all must be in
BIN#1.
 Set Batching plant number of cycle. (See the instruction at page 3)
 In Control Box 1, put the selector switch in Auto position.
 Double check, mixer GATE must be in CLOSE position.
 Check Mixer Truck must now be in loading area.
 Press “START” button at Control box 1.
 This time the batching plant operation starts.
