AT:8:00 AM, 16 December 2017"URDUJA" CONTINUES TO MOVE WESTWARD CLOSER TO NORTHERN
SAMAR-EASTERN SAMAR AREA.Expected to make landfall over Northern Samar - Eastern Samar area this
afternoon or evening.Possible raising of Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal (TWCS) #1 over Mindoro Provinces,
Batangas, Cuyo Islands, and Calamian Group of Islands within 3 hours.Scattered to widespread moderate to heavy
rains will continue over Bicol Region and Visayas and is expected to prevail over Southern Quezon, Batangas,
Cavite, Laguna, Mindoro Provinces, Marinduque and Romblon. Residents of these areas must undertake appropriate
measures against flooding and landslides and coordinate with their local disaster risk reduction and management
offices.Sea travel remains risky over the seaboards of areas under Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal.Location of
eye/center: At 7:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "URDUJA" was estimated based on all available data
