Dear Ma’am Maryanne,

Good day, I am Lehi Adrian G. Sacan enrolled at Access Computer College would like to ask for
the assistance of the extension of my promo that will be cut this semester. I’m hoping that you could
help me on my concern due to financial difficulties of my family. But still even I have these difficulties it
doesn’t serve as debris to stop me for reaching my goals in life. I’m currently studying well, I maintained
my punctuality and my grades.

I am one of those students that is willing to be successful someday. I’m hoping that you could
reach out to help me since the educational assistance that the CHED we applied for is has not yet been
released and my family is suffering so much financial difficulties that they can’t even afford to pay for
the down payment for regular tuition fee for my course.

I attached my grades on this letter to prove that I won’t waste your help, that I am willing to
finish my studies. I don’t have anything as for now to repay the help that I’m asking but I promise to do
better and to make my grades much better as to show my gratitude. It would be a big help for me and
my family.
