    Violation of RA 10591 (Comprehensive Firearms and


    Ammunition Regulation Act)

    At on or about 12:10 AM of June3, 2019, a joint operation of PNP personnel


    of 704 Maneuver Company, Regional Mobile Force Battalion 7 (RMFB 7) led by PMAJ
    th

    JESUS B MESAHON JR and operatives of Mabinay Police Station, implemented the


    Search Warrant no. 19-32-MY issued by Hon. Candelario Guillermo V. Gonzales of
    RTC, Branch 45, Bais City for Violation of RA 10591 against the above-named suspect
    that resulted to the confiscation of pieces of evidence as follows: a) one (1) unit of cal.
    38 revolber without Serial Number; b) five (5) pieces live ammunitions of cal. 38 and c)
    one (1) piece of empty shell caliber .38.
    Inventory of property seized was orderly and peacefully done at the
    residence of the suspect in the presence of Punong Barangay Hon. Armelito V. Azusena,
    Barangay Kagawad Hon. Roland C. Abuda and the above-said suspect. Subject arrested
    person together with confiscated pieces of evidence was brought to this Station for
    proper disposition.
