Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Support/ Project Manager – Asia Pacific for our
newly established business unit, this is a very important position and are looking for Talented
individuals with the below skillset and experience.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

 Manages a group or function with in Applications Engineering/Technical Support.

 Responsible for meeting objectives within the assigned areas of responsibility.
 Provides leadership and consultation to professional colleagues.
 Will interface between managing
 Educates, mentors and supervises less experienced staff. Formulates goals, forecasts
personnel requisitions, prepares capital and expense budgets.
 Monitors and approves contributions and updates to knowledge databases.
 Supports product line management in the development and commercialization of new
products and services through the PDM process.
 Provides technical advice and support to Engineering, Operations, Geoscience, Sales and
Marketing on the application of products and services.
 Subject matter expert on how products and services are used in relevant application and how
products and services can be combined to best meet customer needs for multiple Product
Lines.
 Submits abstracts for technical papers and participates in the preparation of papers.

Skills/Knowledge:

 Advanced technical skills.

 Advanced written and verbal skills.
 P&L management experience.
 Experience of managing multiple product lnes.
 Must be HSE compliant.
 Strong ability to build peer relationships as well as work independently.
 Advanced problem solving and project management skills. Excellent organizing, planning,
and presentation skills.
 Must be action oriented, ethical in value, and customer focused with a drive for results.
 Sound ability to manage time, make quality decisions, and manage and measure work.
 Demonstrated effective leadership skills and strong interpersonal skills.

Education/Experience:

 Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science with 12+ years relevant experience in

operations/well construction environment.
 Completion of supervisory/leadership training.
 5+ years of project managerial experience.
