ke kaabil banata hai

Agar hum money ko dhyaan se observe karate hain, to hum seekhate hain, ki
yeh keval wahin jaata hai , jahan woh safe hoga, aur woh usually aur money ke
paas hai.
Wealth banana ke liye, kabhi bhi emotions ke saath paise ko confuse nahi
karna chahiye, kyonki emotions, mausam ki tarah… kabhi bhi badalate rehte
hain.

Wealth banana ka pahala rule hai, principal money ko kharch nahi karana
chahiye. Interest ko kharch karana hai.

Ek aur important rule hai: safe10.

Safe 10 rule kehta hai ki app apni income ka 10% alag bank account main
rakhe.
taaki khud ko secure kar sakke

Hum ek important point par aate hai ki aapko kabhi bhi negative baatien karne
wale logon ki baton par dhyan nahi dena chahiye.
kyonki aap jis baat par dhyaan dete hain, who aur baadi ho jaati hai.
aalochakon par dhyaan dene se, aap us negativity ko absorb kar lete hain,
lekin aapko positive feedback ko, kabhi anadekha nahin karna chahiye

Ab baat karte hai ki kya aap EMPLOYEE hai ya businessman?


Isse samajne ke liye kuch important factors ko analyse karte hai:
First is Work life balance- ye aapke liye kitna important hai???
kya aap har roz… maheene ke liye… pura din.. kaam kar sakata hai ya nahi??

Aur doosra hai Life of extreme- kya aap stress.. and work pressure handle kar
sakte hai.??
aur phir bhi non stop kaam kar sakate hain?
aisi Lifestyle jisme aapko weekly basis pe 20 ghante ke liye plane par baithana
padata hai, ya logon ko handle karana padhta hai, ya lakho aur karodo ko
handle kar sakte hai??

Teesra point hai aapki life main sleep ki importance: Kya aap ki life main
sleep bahut important hai ?
ya aap sleep par compromise karke daily basis par kaam kar sakte
hai.?

And lastly Clearly defined role, job role, duty & salary-kya aapko
fixed aur defined kaam karna preferred hai?

In sab batoon ko analyse karne ke baad apko zyada clearity milli hogi
Not paying attention to negative people kyuki aap jis bhi chiz par
attention denge it will grow. Agar aap negative bolne wale logon ki
baaton par focus karenge toh aap unki negativity absorb kar lenge,
par aapko constructive criticism ko bhi ignore nahi karna chahiye.

Ab hum aatien hai TRUTHS ON BUSINESS

Pehla principle hai that BUSINESS IS WAR, aur aapko har quarter
main grow karna hai. Agar aap aaj battle main successful hai tab hi
aap survive kar payenge aur kal dubara fight kar payenge.

Aur growth ke lie sabse essential part hai sales.


Kaise SALES ko better kare?
1. Pehle hum Salesperson ki personality aur lifestyle ko analyse
karte hai: Great sales people apne saath vibrant energy laate
hai, woh jis bhi room main jate hai, Who dress ache se karte hai
bilkul sharp, tailored and well groomed. Unki entire personality
from appearance to body language bahut hi strong impact
create karti hai
2. KNOWING EVERYTHING ABOUT THEIR PRODUCT: Ek ache
salesperson ko apne product ke baare main sab kuch pata hota
hai.
3. Best salesperson customer ki “NO” ke baadh bhi unhe convince
karlete hai… par kabhi bhi uninterested clients par time nahi
lagate.
