Not using other safety appliances such as licensed hoist, chain pulley

Note:
1. Please note that the amount shall be doubled for second time ofense and contract may be
terminated afterwards.
2. If workers reach after 08:15 , they will not be allowed to enter in factory
3. Contractor shall provide unique T-shirt for identification.
4. This clause shall be applicable to all contractors.
