Findings:

1. Birgitte, schedule coordinator, says that she is stressed because she is often
interrupted at work by visits from her members of staff. She also believes there is too
much gossiping in the office. She expressed that her supervisor is not fair when it comes
to sending employees on training courses, it’s her impression that for some reason he
does not want her to go.
2. Juliana, our Art Director, mainly talks about being under really high pressure in her
work which leads to a really stressful work environment that’s already affecting her
health. She also expresses the company’s policy is not clear and that we are competing
for too many contracts.

Conclusion:

We should aim to improve our work environment and relationships between co-
workers.

Recommendation:

I strongly suggest that we have a meeting with the representatives of each part of the
company and define which workshops we can hire to take place during working hours.
These workshops should aim to improve relationships between our employees focusing
mainly on good communication and trust. Then I would recommend reviewing the tasks’
distribution of each area, so we can ensure that our employees con meet their
deadlines. And the last item would be our company policy, first we should go through
our current policies and decide if they actually stand beside our current decisions, if not
we should re-write them so we can stand by what we claim we do.
