I, ABC; Computer No: 128121 , Medical File No: 12434, hold Commercial Pilot Licence from
Country (Licence No-) and also have
Indian RTR (Permit No: RTR (P)-) from Sanchar Bhawan (WPC).
I have to do my recency from India so that I can convert my Foreign CPL to Indian CPL.

Hence, I need FRTOL at the earliest so that I can complete my flying hours and submit my documents
for conversion of my Licence.
