Note: Please note the below conditions in the design of the
drain's top slab: • Gradient of 1:25 shall be adopted for the footpath for any new development and a gradient of 1:12 shall be adopted for the footpath for any existing development involving A&A works; • the proposed overcrossing should consider minimal impact to the chequer cover of access opening; and • at least a 1.5m wide of landing for the flat portion of the raised top slab is provided.
