Scope: This specification for Superpave volumetric mix design uses aggregate and mixture properties to produce job-mix
formulas for asphalt mixtures.

This standard specifies minimum quality requirements for binder, aggregate, and asphalt mixtures for Superpave
volumetric mix designs.
