We, the third year students of the College of Nursing from University of Perpetual Help – Biñan,
would like to have our completion duty at your respected Medical Center. This is in line with the
fulfillment of our course requirements in surgery which consists of five (5) minor cases and five
(5) major cases in NCM 104.
With this, we would like to have our duty on June 12, 13, 14, and 15 2018 from 6:00AM-2:00PM
with our clinical instructor – Ms. Verminia Aurora A. Basilio RN, MAN. Rest assured that our
