    REFLECTION PAPER NO.

    Forum D1

    In our menacing world where nowhere is safe, not even in our own homes which

    is our comfort zone, it is consequential for us to have enough knowledge about crimes

    and how to prevent them.

    The forum talked over last July 8, 2019 about preventing crimes Towards a safe

    community, enlightened me how I can be so reckless just by standing alone letting my

    guard down. Open to all types of criminals.

    A lot of the things said by the speaker were basic common-sense stuff you have

    to do and be reminded of, which everybody knows but never really follow. Like the

    situation the speaker said, whenever we college students who is living far from home

    and now renting dormitories, have to go to shared shower and leave our rooms closed

    but not really locked. The time of absence when you’re in the shower away from your

    room, is enough for any robbers to totally rob all of your valuable things without you

    noticing. A situation I’m guilty to.

    Start by being a good part of the society and spread awareness. Let’s not put our

    guards down. Anywhere. Anytime.
