Sir:

The table of organization effective November 3, 2011 of the factory division created a position of
Staff Engineers as reserved manpower poll for supervisors in the different departments. As the increasing
scope of activities of the department due to the full automation of the factory is at its peak, it is but high
time to have a reserved manpower for Instrument Supervisors. After due deliberation and consideration,
we recommend ______________________our Management Trainee to assume the position as Staff
Engineer detailed to Instrumentation department. The recommendation was approved and
_____________ assumed the position on probationary status effective August 26, 2012. He will be
completing his six months probationary period this coming February 25, 2013. During this period we have
found him to be consistently reliable and able to comprehend and execute the tasks assigned to him.
_________________ was often required to work independently, and he quickly learned to manage his
responsibilities and stay on-task. _______________________ has shown exemplary performance
towards his job and has the necessary traits, potential to assume the position and a great asset to our
company.

In view of this, we would like to recommend ________________________ to fully assume


the position of Staff Engineer assigned to Instrumentation department effective February 26, 2013.
Intensive skills and training program will be undergone to further enhance and developed his competence
as staff engineer.
