INTRODUCTION

ABOUT EVENT :-
“Dil di awaaz” , a musical event, will be organized on 6th april 2019 in haveli heritage,
jalandhar. The singer for the night will be gurdas maan. The main aim of this event is promoting
the punjabi folk music. Target audience for this event is age group of 16 and above. Which is
ranging from the students to the old age people of punjab and expected audience in this event is
about 2600.

ABOUT SINGER :
Gurdas maan is an indian singer, songwriter, choreographer and actor mainly associated with
punjabi music and films. He is considered one of the most notable figures in punjabi music.
PLANNING

GOALS -
 We are going to organise a music concert named “ Dil Di Awaaz”

 We are organising this event to promote the folk music of Punjab

 Target audience : Age group 16 and above

 Our mission is to entertain people and promote folk music

STRATEGY
 Get support from local radio stations

 Get funds from selling of tickets and sponsors

 Plan an eye – popping decoration

 Plan an effective promotional approach

SAFETY AND SECURITY

 Each entrance would be having 2 walk through metal detector.

 6 persons at entrance : 2 persons at each entrance for checking.

 30 persons inside the venue: Each person with the gap of 10mtr inside the venue, these
people are to keep the check upon the audience.

 6 persons at parking : 4 persons are for guiding the people


2 persons at the entrance of the parking
 We would be having 4 fire extinguisher inside the venue.

 2 ambulances for emergency purpose, each ambulance would be having 1 doctor and 2
nurses.

 1 fire brigade outside the venue.
