1. That I am the duly elected Cooperative Secretary of Palawan

Peoples Credit Cooperative (“Cooperative”), a cooperative duly
organized and existing by virtue of the laws of the Republic of the
Philippines, with principal office and place of business at Unit 204
HRPV Building, Rizal Avenue, Puerto Princesa City 5300;

2. That I am the custodian of the Minutes and Resolutions of its Board

of Directors, including other official documents and records of the
Cooperative,

3. That based on such documents and records, MR. JAYSON C.

VINLUAN is the present and duly elected CHAIRMAN of the BOARD
OF DIRECTORS of the Palawan Peoples Credit Cooperative and he
shall serve as such until his successor is duly elected and qualified in
accordance with the By-Laws of the Cooperative.

5) That I am executing this Certificate for whatever legitimate purpose

it may serve.
