Water and life are inseparable. Where there is one on the Earth, there
is always another. The existence of any organic life, any seed or embryo
begins in the water. Water is the ideal basis of biological life, not only
on Earth but also everywhere in the universe.

Water is a combination of two gases: hydrogen and oxygen, which are

the first and the third largest number of chemical elements in space. No
other gases, when combined, can form a liquid.

Unique Physical and Chemical Properties of

Water:

• Water is the only natural substance that can simultaneously exist

in three states: liquid, solid and gaseous.
• This chemical compound is unique because it has pronounced
anomalies. For example, in a solid state, water is lighter than in a
liquid state. Up to four degrees, water thickens and after four, it
becomes less dense, and this gives it the opportunity to float
upward.
• Ice drifts on the water surface, the density of crystalline ice is less
than the density of liquid – one of the largest anomalies of water.
When any other substance passes from a liquid state to solid, its
density increases and the substance comes to be heavier.
• In ice state, water particles are arranged very orderly, with plenty
of free space between them. When ice turns into the water again,
its particles become hundreds of thousands of times more active,
therefore free spaces will fill again. This makes a liquid form of
water denser and heavier than solid form.
• Water also has an exclusive ability to dissolve other substances
and wash out them. Therefore, it is extremely difficult to keep
water in a completely clean state. Water from a tap or water from
a natural reservoir that looks completely clean contains lots of
contaminants and minerals.
• Without water, various particles could not mix or spread out.
• Water is the power that creates and gives lives. All of the
anomalous and specific properties of water are so “successful” for
all living beings, which makes water an indispensable basis for the
existence of life on Earth.

Not so long ago, scientists drew attention to the fact that the course of
chemical reactions in the water depends on time. Every day it is
different. It became known that the nature of the reaction in water
depends on the solar-day activity rhythm. The properties of water are
not completely investigated and scientists still expect numerous
discoveries ahead.

Water Memory Research

Two other extremely important properties of water are amazing:

memory and informativeness.
ROHELPER.COM

It turned out that water is capable of perceiving, conserving and

transmitting information, even words, and thoughts of humans, and
their feelings.

For over 30 years, the Japanese scientist Masaru Emoto is engaged in

studying these properties. He wrote “The Hidden Messages in Water”.
The book is popular and translated into several languages. Emoto
studies revealed that water, like a person or an intelligent animal,
reacts to vibration, energy, thought, words, ideas, and music.

In his experiments, Emoto proved that human’s energy vibrations,

ideas, and music can affect the molecular structure of water. Emoto
visually documented these molecular fluctuations in water using special
photography methods. He froze dews of water, exposed to various
reactions, and then shot those using an optical microscope with a built-
in camera.

The scientists revealed several surprising changes in the crystal

structure of water taken from various sources and from diverse
conditions from all over the globe. Water from ancient mountain rivers
and springs was perfectly shaped and geometrically structured.
Contaminated and poisonous water from manufacturing areas and
stagnant water from water pipes and reservoirs had a disturbed and
casually formed structure.

The scientist studied the influence of various musical compositions,

human feelings, thoughts, words and even graphic images on the
development of the crystal structure of water. It turned out that if you
talk to water with love and tenderness, then its molecular structure
changes, and photos fix a beautiful hexagonal shape resembling a
flower.

Harmonious, soft, beautiful music after several hours of exposure, nice

words printed on paper and pasted overnight to glass with water,
smiles or positive emotions – it incredibly transformed water. The

crystals were beautiful and perfect. Negative words, feelings, heavy

rock music, had the opposite effect.

Here are a few photos of crystals from M. Emoto’s book:

Love Gratefulness Hatred

Given that the human brain consists of 80-90% of water, it is logical to

assume that, in fact, it’s not tissues that respond to the emotions,
water responds to it. In other words, the question can be formulated as
follows: what is the basis for the formation of thoughts? The brain or
water contained in it?
In our brains, of course, there is an amount of solid matter. However, it
is not able to function in the absence of water. While official science
does not take water into account and focuses on the functioning of the
solid matter in the brain, it is water that obviously is what really
functions in the brain.

Water can be the true brain that generates the thinking process!

When you drink fresh water from a mountain stream, you immediately
feel vigor and energy. Water from the mountain stream has a high
energy level, this energy penetrates into every cell of the body, and the
entire body is filled with it. Energetically saturated water has no
memories of poisons and unfavorable influences.
Therefore, it is not surprising that the brain immediately reacts to this
vibration, and you feel the freshness and a burst of energy. Scientists
have discovered that the memory of water can be erased only in two
cases.
• The first is when the water is exposed to high temperatures, that
is when the water begins to evaporate, and then in the form of
precipitation or condensation again goes into its natural liquid
state.
• The second case is when the water is frozen, and then it again
becomes defrosted. In these two cases, water recovers its original
properties, and the molecules acquire their natural form in the
form of a regular snowflake.

Importance of Water to Life

Our body mainly consists of water. The human embryo is 97% consists
of water. The newborn has about 80% of the body weight. Most
intensively, he loses fluid in the first days of life – a physiological loss of
body weight occurs (5-7%).
Over the years, the amount of water in the body is constantly
decreasing. In children under 5 years of age, the water in the body is
already about 70% of the body weight. By the time we reach 50-60
years of age, our body contains no more than 50-60% of water.
We all know how elastic and soft the skin is in infants. They bend,
remaining plump, like a ball full of water. The degree of flexibility
inherent in infants and young children, unfortunately, decreases with
age.
The water content in different tissues varies from 20% in adipose tissue
to 83-90% in kidneys and blood, in women due to a large amount of fat
cellulose the water content is lower than that of men. Our brain is a
moist substance and consists 85% of water, saliva 99%, muscles 60%.

Especially a lot of water is in the blood – up to 90%, and the vitreous

eye contains consists of 96-99%.
Thanks to water that delicate regulation of all processes in the body is
ensured. Water regulates the mass and temperature of our body,
carries nutrients to the cells and removes toxins and products of decay
from the body, protects internal organs, participates in the process of
breathing, dissolves mineral salts, helps the body to absorb nutrients
and convert food into energy.
Water exchange is regulated by thirst and metabolism, leading to the
formation of water due to oxidation processes, acid-base balance
(acidosis increases diuresis, alkalosis – reduces), as well as the
functional state of the kidneys that play a decisive role in water
metabolism.
Sharp shifts in the water balance both in the direction of hypo and
hyper-hydration adversely affect the general state of the human body.
When the water level in the body is reduced by only 2%, a person feels
tired. If it drops by 8%, serious health problems should be expected,
and by 12% – a cardiac arrest is likely.
The body water is located in different areas and does not mix into one
common mass. There is cellular and extracellular sector.

The Extracellular Water is:

– The water of plasma;

– Interstitial water (an aqueous solution of inorganic salts, nutrients
and end products of metabolism) and lymph;
– Water contained in dense connective tissue (cartilage, tendons);
– The water of bone tissue;
– Intercellular water, which is secreted by the mucous and serous

membranes of the organs, and is also contained in the hollow organs,

endocrine, and exocrine glands.

Extracellular water accounts for about 45% of the total amount of

water in a young adult person and accounts for 27% of body weight.
The remaining amount of water (55%) is located intracellularly and is
33% of body weight.

In infants, most of the water in the body is inside the cells, which makes
them more energetic and healthy. With age and loss of moisture, the
liquid goes out of the cells, gathering in the spaces between them, and
can no longer go back. There are many reasons why extracellular water
is difficult to penetrate the cell membrane and update their functions
when we reach the elderly.

Stress, lack of oxygen and blood supply of cells, dehydration, drinking

contaminated water, coffee, carbonated drinks, and alcohol affect this
process. Each of these factors affects the development of chronic
dehydration and premature aging.

The drying up of the body is one of the most significant factors of aging.
This was written by Avicenna in Recipes of Longevity. Gradual reduction
of the amount of water in the body leads to a thickening of blood and
lymph, slowing down metabolism, reducing the elasticity of the joints,
skin, and muscles, and the appearance of wrinkles. The life of the cells
of the body goes away together with the water!

What are the Benefits of Drinking Water and

Why Drink More Pure Water?

Very often, nutritionists and even doctors pay much more attention to
food and its calories, often forgetting that the body needs a sufficient
amount of solvent to deliver nutrients to the cells.

Recent studies by American scientists have shown that 70% of

preschool children do not drink clean water at all. Parents prefer to give
their children juices, considering them more useful than water.
However, the habit of drinking juices and carbonated beverages leads
to a disruption of the water balance in the body and an increase in its
susceptibility to various diseases. Lack of water is the cause of many
chronic diseases.
ROHELPER.COM

Signs of dehydration are dry skin, headaches, fatigue, depression,

muscle spasms. Chronic dehydration can lead to problems with blood
pressure, circulatory and digestive problems, kidney dysfunction and
severe problems in any system of our body. Symptoms of chronic
dehydration may include heartburn, joint and back pain, colitis,
fibromyalgia, asthma, allergies, diabetes, psoriasis, eczema, and other
diseases.

Those who drink little water get sick more often. Water moisturizes the
surface of the bronchi and the mucous membrane of the stomach and
intestines (areas that are most susceptible to bacterial and virus
attacks), activating their protective properties.

When the body lacks water, the mucous membranes become

dehydrated and dry. Then sputum and mucus stick to the walls of the
respiratory tract, turning into a good environment for bacteria and
viruses.

As we know, water is a part of lymph. Lymphatic vessels carry out the

most important function of purification, filtration, and excretion of
proteins and digestive waste from the body together with water.
Lymph vessels have gamma globulins (protective antibodies) and
enzyme lysozyme, which has antibacterial properties. Normal
functioning of the immune system without clean drinking water is
impossible.

Water participates in all metabolic processes. In order to increase their

speed and lose weight, you need to drink more clean water. If the body
is having water deficiency, on the contrary, it slows down all its
processes and begins to defer fat.

In addition, insufficient use of clean water makes the mucous

membranes of the gastrointestinal tract more vulnerable to aggressive
effects of gastric juice, which ultimately can lead to the development of
erosive and ulcerative processes. Pure water is also necessary in order
to absorb and break down sugar, as well as proteins involved in tissue
growth and restoration.
