CONTRACT AGREEMENT

FOR PROVISION OF INTERNET AND DATA COMMUNICATION FACILITIES

This agreement is made and entered into on ____July 2019.

BETWEEN
THE OCEAN MALL, WITH ITS HEAD OFFICE AT Block 9, Clifton. KARACHI
(hereinafter referred to as the 1st party.)
AND
GCSPVT incorporated under the relevant laws in Pakistan with its office at J-47 Block 6,
GCS Head Office، Razi Road، Block 6 PECHS, Karachi, Karachi City, Sindh, Karachi,
City (Pakistan) (hereinafter referred to as 2nd Party).

WHEREAS, The Ocean Mall purports to be the lawful owner in possession of property Ocean
Mall Clifton Karachi (hereinafter referred to as "Demised Promises"). Who is agreed to
provide security & safety to the GCS staff in his premises?
AND WHEREAS, the GCS has expressed its willingness / agreement to acquire Ocean Mall,
Clifton Karachi (hereinafter referred to as the "Demised Premises) for the purpose of
installation of said System to fulfill the internet and data communication as per requirement of
the building & its Clients and timely address to needs of the area.

1. GCS Responsibilities

GCS shall:

a. Use the Demised Premises only for the installation of Optical Fiber Access Network
System
b. Entry to GCS’s personnel or its authorized representatives for service offering,
installations and network repair/ maintenance only in office hours.

c. Apply in writing to Building Management for activation of each Customer and

submit a list of active customers in Ocean Tower building on half yearly basis.

d. Provide free of charge 10MB CIR internet Connection to Building Management or

Rs. 5000 per month per client.

e. Be entitled to make reasonable changes/additions/alterations/modifications etc.

in connection with the installations to the Demised Premises with written approval
of the Building Management.
 f. Allow the inspection of Demised Premises optical fiber access network on 24 hours
prior notice by the Building Management authorized staff.

g. Ocean Mall not provide any electric Power or backup facility.

h. GCS will be responsible for any damages directly caused by its faulty
workmanship.

i. That the Ocean Mall will provide space for subject installation at Demised
Premises without cost.
