Cinnamon rolls

Ingredients needed
50 g yeast
125 g melted butter
5 dl warm milk
1 1/2 dl caster sugar
a pinch of sea salt
14-15 dl plain flour

Filling 75 g soft butter


3/4 dl caster sugar
2 tbs cinnamon.

1. Stir yeast into warm milk & melted butter.


Mix in sugar, salt & flour. Bring the dough together
then set to rise for 20 min. Meanwhile, mix filling
ingredients.

2. Cut dough in half. Roll out flat, spread filling


and roll up. Cut 20 pieces from each roll and let
rise for another 30 min on a baking tray. Brush
with egg and sprikle with sugar before baking at
250oC for 5–7 min.
Serve warm with a glass of milk!
